Naval Undersea Warfare Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT)
4th Annual Small Business Product Vendor Industry Day

The Naval Undersea Warfare Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) will host our 4th annual “Small Business Product Vendor Industry Day” on October 26, 2016 from 0800 to 1600 (EST) to provide a venue, with booth space, for small businesses to demonstrate their products to NUWCDIVNPT Technical Codes, Large prime contractors, and other small businesses. PLEASE NOTE: This event is not intended for construction, maintenance or service companies.

NUWCDVINPT Mission: NUWCDIVNPT provides research, development, test and evaluation, engineering, analysis, and assessment, and fleet support capabilities for submarines, autonomous underwater systems, and offensive and defensive undersea weapon systems, and stewards existing and emerging technologies in support of undersea warfare.

• Companies that should attend are those companies that provide/develop products matched to the NUWCDIVNPT mission, and qualify as small business, under the NAICS Codes on the next page
• In addition, Large Primes are encouraged to attend to meet with prospective partners

Interested attendees must pre-register by e-mail to Stephen Stewart, NUWDIVNPT Deputy Competition Advocate/Director, Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) at Stephen.g.stewart@navy.mil, by 1400 on October 7, 2016. Please provide the individual’s name, company, phone and e-mail address, and the NAICS Codes they support. The Government intends to publish this list of attendees.

• Booth space is limited, and will be provided on a first-come/first-served basis.

The Industry Day will be held in the NUWCDIVNPT Building 80 Gymnasium, Newport, RI 02842. Building 80 is located outside of the NUWC Main Gate, so Visit Requests are not required. However, a NAVSEA Badge, Common Access Card (CAC), military ID, or state driver’s license will be required at Registration. Check-in starts at 0800, and the opening presentation will begin promptly at 0900.
