2nd Biennial NCMA-RI Ocean State Workshop

The Rhode Island NCMA chapter is hosting its 2nd Biennial NCMA-RI Ocean State Workshop 14 June 2017 at the Naval Station Officer’s Club, Newport R.I.
This all day workshop offers training and education in a wide variety of areas. Our instructors are subject matter experts who volunteer their time and talents to support this biennial Workshop. Possible topics include Update on Service Contracting, Contract Closeout, Important Regulatory Changes, Small Business perspectives/Navy. Follow I-95 north into RI. Take Exit 3 (Rt. 138 East) and follow signs for Newport. You will cross over the Jamestown Bridge and then the Newport (PELL) Bridge (toll $4 each way). Take the second exit off the Newport Bridge and a right at the end of the ramp onto Admiral Kalbfus Road. The Newport Grand Casino. will be directly across from you at the intersection). Go straight and under the overpass to the rotary. Take the second right (before the Shell station) and continue over the train tracks and through the light to Gate 1 (a secured sentry booth). The sentry will need your name and photo ID to check against the list of attendees). After the booth take your first left and proceed to the Officers’ Club on the right.
From MA and North
Leave Boston area on route 128 to Route 24 South, which becomes Route 114 South. Follow route 114 South to Newport to Admiral Kalbfus Road. At light, take a right onto Admiral Kalbfus and follow through 2 sets of lights. Go straight and under the overpass. From the Providence Area
